We’re a Local, Independent Firm
We take great pride in our customer care, working with property owners to ensure that sites are managed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
We work together with Leaseholders and Freeholders to ensure that we have an in-depth knowledge of each site and its occupants. Our Chartered Surveyors and qualified Property Managers are supported by specialist Facilities, Finance, Accountants, Legal, IT & Operations Teams, so we can provide you with the timely advice and support you need.
Single Point of Contact
Each site is allocated a dedicated Regional Property Manager who work directly with property owners to understand the unique qualities of each site. A Property Manager’s role is to actively monitor progress, be available to attend AGMs, ad hoc meetings, discuss site issues and maintain a presence on site.
We recognise the value of consultation, feedback and the exchange of ideas. Keeping clients informed is the key to running a successful development. We have a central customer services team, who provide a fully supported service centre for all residents, directors and contractors to contact, as well as providing a direct contact number for your Property Manager.
Should anything occur outside of office hours, you don’t need to panic. We can offer full coverage for emergencies with our out-of-hours service.
Local, Reputable Tradespeople
Where possible and recognising the need for competitive quotes, we like to use local trades. This gives a greater degree of accountability, and also contributes towards the local economy in building community links. Our contacts with local and national contractors guarantees that you get value for money and quality work that is inspected by people who know what they are looking for.
By working with the Management Company, we aim to actively reduce the environmental impact of the development. In turn, we ultimately hope this reduces costs and builds an ecological footprint that is welcome to potential new property owners.
External regulation ensures your service charge funds are protected, no matter what happens. Our RICS credentials means that your money is kept safe and our working practices are regularly audited to ensure that we are following legal requirements and best practice.
We have a dedicated Finance Team and we work in partnership with Chartered Accountants who look after your service charges or major works collection funds. We monitor your income and expenditure, with a robust arrears policy for debtors to ensure adequate liquidity is maintained so where possible works and maintenance are not delayed.

Watsons have a wide range of in-house experts who are able to provide advice and assistance across any property related enquiries you may have – whether buying or selling, valuing or surveying, letting or renting a property.
