My Portal

This tailored resident’s platform improves the accessibility of the services we offer to our clients giving immediate access to information. We provide more in-depth information and enhanced management tools. This compliments other services we provide, such as our 24/7 out of hours emergency helpline and maintenance lines on 01603 574031 or our national number 0333 220 1234. How to Register for My Portal

How to Register 1

Step 2: A Registration box will appear. In order to be able to register, you will need to enter your first and last name, an email address (this email address has to match the one we hold on record) and you’re customer reference number.

*Please note, if we do not have an email address for you on record, you will be unable to register. Please use the button below to email our team directly to add your email address to your profile. Please email across your full name, the email you wish to add to your account and your customer reference number.

Step 3: If your Name and Customer Reference Number match, your registration will be successful, andyou  will see a confirmation screen like below.

Step 4: Next, check your emails (the email address used to register) for the Welcome to My Portal email, which will allow you to activate the account: ‘Click here to activate your account’ – see email example below:

We have created information categories aimed at making your life as a resident easier with additional support available to residents who are also landlords, and would value an integrated service from Watsons in supporting their tenants too.

My Account

My Account allows residents to view documentation relevant to them and their building, such as ground rent or service charges; statements of outstanding charges and those already paid.

Maintenance Requests

We also provide a Maintenance Request form where residents can add details of the maintenance issue, and also upload photos to provide context to our teams of contractors and specialists who are undertaking maintenance jobs, creating efficiencies in dealing promptly with your requests as quickly as possible. 

News & Living

My Portal will also contain up-to-date industry news and legislation that may directly affect you, as well as lifestyle content, leasehold documentation, and articles from Section 20 information to leasehold enfranchisement, as well as health and safety compliance and major works projects being undertaken by our team of surveyors, all qualified by RICS.

My Neighbourhood

The My Neighbourhood tool uses a dynamic local map, and displays the nearest schools, banks, post offices, train stations, restaurants, supermarkets, in connecting your site with its community – an area we hope to build on for you as the portal develops through your feedback to us

Contact Us

We provide a Contact Us form, allowing you to submit any enquiries directly to our team, who will respond as soon as they can. The Contact Us form also offers the functionality to upload photographs or documents to provide context to your enquiry
