RICS Red Book Valuation

The ‘Red Book’ is the name given to the RICS’s Valuation Professional Standards. Published every 2 or 3 years, the valuation standards are a set of mandatory rules and guidelines for RICS Registered Valuers to follow when they are undertaking valuations.

Retrospective Valuation

A Retrospective Valuation is a valuation of the property at a date that pre-dates the Surveyor’s inspection. The valuation will provide the customer with an accurate price at the specified date in time.

RICS Qualified

All of our surveyors are RICS qualified and Registered Valuers with the following qualifications: FRICS (Fellow), MRICS (Member), AssocRICS (Associate).
