Watsons Bespoke Survey

Our bespoke survey is tailored to meet your precise needs. The report is just like an RICS Home Survey Level 3 but is presented as a free-text report with photographs. This bespoke report is especially useful for older or larger properties. Where there are multiple roof slopes and various structures of differing ages. This report enables us to talk in detail about these elements which is then supplemented by photographs pertaining to the elements.

This is particularly useful if we are talking about a report detail which might include a defect, which we can then be related to photographic evidence.  This helps us to explain and the client to understand the problem clearly. This is our most in-depth report and includes details of the structure and fabric of the building. Also, useful if there are numerous outbuildings.

The report aims to provide full and detailed advice regarding the issues that we find usually concern clients; structural movement, timber infestations, rot, and dampness.  Included in the report will be a lengthy appendix, including supplementary generic technical advice.

  • We will examine all accessible elements of the property, but you can request that specific areas are included to cover any concerns you may have.
  • You also have the option to include a valuation and the reinstatement costs.
