To apply for a rental property, please visit our Lettings Search page to browse available listings. Once you find a property you’re interested in, contact our Lettings Team at 01603 751555 or email letting@watsons-property.co.uk to arrange a viewing and begin the application process.
Typically, you’ll need to provide:
Proof of identity (e.g., passport or driving licence)
Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement)
Proof of income (e.g., recent payslips or bank statements)
References from previous landlords or employers
Our team will guide you through the specific requirements for each property.
Rent is usually paid monthly in advance by bank transfer. Full details, including the due date and payment reference, will be confirmed in your tenancy agreement. Our friendly team is always on hand if you need any help setting this up.
Some of our properties are pet-friendly, while others may have restrictions. Let us know early on if you have a pet, and we’ll be happy to advise on suitable options and any conditions that may apply.
We’ll be in touch well in advance of your end date to guide you through the check-out process. Provided the property is returned in good condition and in line with the agreement, your deposit will be returned promptly through the relevant protection scheme.
