Amy Williams, AssocRICS, VSR
Amy started her property career as a Trainee Sales Negotiator for a large corporate estate agency firm (2009) quickly progressing to senior level and picking up two awards within the first two years. Amy then decided to change direction and began a trainee surveyor course, becoming AssocRICS qualified in 2014. For the next ten years, Amy spent her time at Countrywide undertaking large volumes of work for both private clients and mortgage lenders.
Amy joined Watsons in June 2024 as a Valuation Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer. She lives in St Neots, where she has spent all her life, and predominantly covers the surrounding areas of Huntingdonshire as well as parts of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.
Jonathan Williams, MRICS
Jonathan secured a BSc Hons in Valuation & Management from West of England University in Bristol in 1996. Working at Rayboulde & Sons, Jonathan undertook and secured his APC, obtaining RICS membership in 2002, working as a graduate surveyor. Jonathan undertook stints at various surveyor firms in the region, including Woltons, Williams, Hunters and Connells, prior to joining SDL in 2020.
Jonathan joined Watsons in May 2024 as a Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer (MRICS). Living in Halifax, West Yorkshire, Jonathan is a valued member of the North West Region who operates across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester & Lancashire.
Tom Crick, Trainee Graduate Surveyor
Our newest team member is Tom Crick, our new Trainee Graduate Surveyor. Tom is the first graduate we have taken on in a number of years, due to the pandemic.
As a trainee, Tom will be working with Ian Frost, Senior Officer & Business Leader (who is also Regional Area Manager for our North-East Team). Tom will also provide the wider team additional support as he works towards achieving his APC qualification.
