Announcement of Incorporation – Watsons Property Group Limited

We are proud to announce that as of the 1st November 2022, the Edwin Watson Partnership will incorporate to become Watsons Property Group Ltd. 

The new company will be managed by an appointed Board of Directors founded from the existing partners and recognised employees within the business. 

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ray Smith, FRICS, commented “I value the legacy passed to me as Senior Partner in developing a business with strong community roots in East Anglia since it was formed in 1890. We have recognised that incorporation is an important next step for our business in creating a company structure that will allow better success and growth for our future with a talented team to guide the business.”

Watsons role in the property services industry has expanded to support clients and customers across eighteen counties. This new business framework underpins our accreditation as RICS, ARMA, NAEA and ARLA professionals working within a multi-disciplined property organisation. Our core services are delivered through our valuation and survey work as Chartered Surveyors and our understanding and experience as Estate Agents, Lettings Agents and Managing Agents.

Our incorporation coincides with our expansion to a new Head Office based at Meridian Park, Norwich, which underlines our commitment to attracting and retaining the best staff and working alongside the businesses we support as well as the customers we serve.
