We are proud to announce that we are shifting our estate agency from a network of high street branches to a regional approach. 

This will include moving to two dedicated regional offices: 

North Norfolk Regional Office -58 Station Road, Sheringham NR26 8RG

Norwich and the Broads -18 Meridian Way, Meridian Park, Norwich NR7 0TA

Watsons will continue to operate as normal with minimal disruption to our operations.

We have seen a significant shift in how our clients and customers interact with us, particularly since the pandemic.  The need for dedicated high street offices has waned and we are adapting to these changes. 

This regional approach further focuses on improving our sustainability policy and focusing on reducing our business carbon footprint.

Our Regional Office in Sheringham is ideally located to cover North Norfolk to include Cromer, Holt, Aylsham, and North Walsham.

The second Regional Office is based at our Head Office located in Norwich at Meridian Business Park. The team will be looking after estate agency concentrating on Norwich and the wider Broads.

Our Head Office is already home to our teams covering Valuation and Survey, Lettings & Property Management, and Block & Estate Management.
