Watsons are pleased to announce an alliance with TGA Services (UK) Ltd. The alliance will be providing maintenance services to our clients – offering more efficient and cost effective minor repairs, maintenance and remedial works in Watsons’ managed properties across our blocks, estates and lettings portfolios throughout East Anglia.

The decision to strike up a collaboration with TGA Services (UK) Ltd also provides Watsons with the opportunity to widen our offering to customers and reinforce focus towards growing profitable activity; investing it back into the business to deliver the best service for customers.

Head of Operations, Alison Crawford said: “Prior to the alliance, we have been keen to look at investment opportunities to develop the business and improve services for our customers. We have always valued our contractors and worked with them in meeting legislative and quality standards. We will continue to develop these partnerships in managing major site works whilst at the same time we can improve customer satisfaction levels by having a responsive team working alongside our Customer Contact Centre and our Property Managers in reacting promptly to property needs.”
