With his strong communication skills and gift at building relationships, Ciaron Bailey has joined Watsons as our latest recruit.
As an Apprentice Trainee Negotiator, Ciaron Bailey is the newest member of our Residential Sales team at our Cromer branch. He will be working to gain his Level 2 – City & Guilds Certificate in Property (Residential Letting and Management).
Fresh from college, Ciaron has qualifications in health and science and initially wanted to study Pharmacy before deciding on a career change, when he joined us at Watsons.
He says: “I have always been interested in property; I used to sit on Rightmove on my phone to have a nose at what was about! One of the biggest attractions for me is the social side. I love helping people and getting to know them as well. Up until now, I’ve been in a job where my aim was to serve someone as quickly as possible, but now I get to talk to people and create a relationship.”
Here in the office he is working alongside mentor Peter Gale, who is well placed to show Ciaron the ropes as he starts on his new adventure in estate agency!
Ciaron’s plan, once his Level 2 apprenticeship is complete, is to study towards the NVQ Level III qualification and work his way up to becoming a branch manager.
Away from work meanwhile, Ciaron enjoys spending time with family and friends, and travelling with his fiancé. His last trip was to Mexico which he thought was beautiful and such a different place to visit, despite some horrendous thunderstorms!
