Communicating with our Leaseholders

At Watsons, we have years of experience in all aspects of managing properties. Our objective is to support our freeholders and leaseholders by keeping them in touch with site issues and consulting with them on major works. But how do we do this?

It may seem obvious but making sure we have the correct contact details on our records is vital to help ensure we keep them up to date with developments in their block or estate and to ensure that documents are sent to the right place.

From June 2021, we are setting ourselves the goal of cutting the amount of paper we use as a business as a way of reducing our environmental footprint. This will mean a reduction in the paper sent out to communicate with customers. But we are also aiming to improve our communication with our leaseholders and freeholders and encourage feedback from them to shape our service in the future. This means making sure we have email and phone contact details for our customers is a top priority – and will allow us to communicate with them directly – ensuring they only receive the information they need.
