Highly Recommend
I used this company to do a home buyers survey on a property I am hoping to purchase. I don’t leave many reviews but exceptional service deserves a review. My survey was done on the agreed date and I received the report promptly. I had some questions about the survey and Gemma Adams and the Surveyor, James Price came back to me swiftly with answers, twice in a row. I was also helped out with the paperwork for commissioning the survey by Paul Smith. So that’s 3 separate members of the team all doing a fantastic job. Well done all, i highly recommend you to others looking for a survey and keep up the good work.

Helpful & Efficient
Lots of communication via email. Their online portal gives space to upload documents. Their customer service arranged the date with the estate agent, and the date for the survey was available on the online portal if I needed to check. The survey report got back to me very quickly. And the few questions I had, I called, left a voice message, and got a call back very quickly. The Surveyor answered my questions right away! It was perfect.
