Every contractor working with Watsons is accredited with our Approved Contractor List to ensure that a quality of service is consistently delivered to our clients. This ensures that all liabilities to our clients and residents is fully mitigated. To remain accredited with Watsons our Tradespeople must meet with our Accreditation Requirements.

If you wish to remain an Approved Contractor with Watsons, please could you download and read through the Contractor Brochure to ensure you are familiar with the way we work. Please also complete the Contactor Communications Form below.

  • Public Liability Insurance Certificate
  • Copy of Bank Statement.

NB: If you are confident you are receiving regular payments from us, then we will only require updated copy of your Public Liability Insurance. When invoicing, please ensure that all invoices are sent to invoices@watsons-property.co.uk
