TPI (formally ARMA/IRPM) members undergo an audit check within a three-year cycle to ensure compliance with the TPI Consumer Charter and Standards. This process is crucial for providing assurance to TPI, its members, clients, and leaseholders. By complying with these rigorous standards, they not only protect the public but also help raise standards across the managing agent sector.

The Consumer Charter and Standards are a milestone for consumer protection in the residential leasehold sector. Membership of TPI is voluntary so managing agents who join TPI are showing a clear commitment to providing the best customer service and operating to the highest possible standards.
