Our Watsons surveyor was incredibly professional and very helpful when he conducted a property survey on our behalf. A detailed survey was delivered to us the morning after the survey was conducted, which we feel is excellent. Then, the surveyor called us, on our request, to discuss all of the concerns that we had about the property. We regard this as representing excellent customer service.
