We had the building survey conducted. It was really easy to arrange, we had large amount of detail in our report, it appeared to cover everything and more than we had thought of. It has really put our minds at ease when buying our first house as it gave us the information we needed to speak with other tradesmen and raise any queries. We also got the report back much quicker than expected. It’s great knowing that we know the ins and outs of the property before making such a commitment.
