  1. The offer is available to Landlords instructing Watsons on a property/properties for the FIRST TIME ONLY, or an ‘Introduction Only’ client opting for a ‘Fully Managed’ service.
  2. All other Watsons standard fee’s apply.
  3. Our Fully Managed service is valid for the duration of the tenancy and cannot be terminated after the three-month free period.
  4. The offer must be mentioned at the time of the instruction and no retrospective claims can be made.

What does our property management service include?

Not only will your Managing Agent be the main point of contact for your tenants and ensure maintenance issues to your property are carried out professionally and in a timely manner, they are also on hand with their expertise to ensure all aspects of the tenancy run smoothly.  From the moment your tenant moves in, we ensure you are protected by arranging a comprehensive Inventory, thoroughly documenting the condition of your property.  Your Property Manager will personally schedule inspections of the property to ensure your investment is being cared for and will be on hand to address any issues that may arise.  The eventual end of the tenancy will be handled by your Property Manager and any communication relating to the deposit will be dealt with on your behalf too.
