Renter’s Reform Bill: White paper on proposals delayed until 2022

Outer city rental markets continue to show stronger growth vs. inner city

A new analysis of rental market data for London, Manchester, and Birmingham has revealed sizeable differences in the growth of rental incomes. Based on this data, the monthly cost of renting within an inner-city area is £1152 versus £908 per month in the outer city market.

Cost of decarbonising all UK homes could run to £330bn

According to Savills £330bn will be the cost of retrofitting the UK’s 29 million homes to meet net-zero targets. This is a lot less than previous estimates. The Government scrapped its Green Homes Grant scheme in Marchand it did not return in October’s budget and spending review.

Good times back? Landlords more optimistic over lettings prospects

LATEST: Key report into the effectiveness of landlord regulation due next month
