We are really proud to have been appointed by Paul LeGrice and Abel Homes to manage the open spaces and management company services on their beautiful new development, Cygnet Rise, in Swaffham, Norfolk. Situated on the southern side of the market town of Swaffham, the development consists of 160 energy efficient two, three and four bedroom houses and bungalows.

Another exciting appointment by another excellent local developer in Bayfield Homes Ltd. We really look forward to seeing this wonderful development grow over the next few months and to working with Jamieson Bird, Hayley Humphrey and the Bayfield Homes Ltd team. It’s always great catching up with the sales team at Redrow Homes. Harlington, a medieval village in Bedfordshire, and home to Pilgrims Chase is our brand new development of superb 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.
We will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the management company, open spaces, landscaping, and park. I’m looking forward to working with Sam Rees and the team and, hopefully, building a long-term relationship.
