Watsons Home & Lifestyle Show 2019 – Hosted by Nathan Humphreys, Head of Residential Management at Watsons, our Expert Seminars are free to attend as drop in sessions and will take place in the auditorium at The Forum, Norwich throughout both the morning and afternoon of show day (Friday 7 June 2019) – Why not come along and support us? Each seminar will run for 20 minutes with 10 minutes for Q&As. Seminars will be filmed on the day and streamed live on the Watsons Facebook.
These sessions are aimed at anyone interested in the property industry – from the state of the current market, property construction and renovation, development, financial advice, interior design and innovation – and individuals looking to gain insights and advice for their own projects. Ray Smith, Senior Partner at Watsons explores the local and national residential and commercial property markets, talks about the potential effects Brexit is having on these markets and discusses trends that can have an impact on the value of different types of property – from HMO, New Build – Help to Buy, Buy to Let, equity release and lease extensions.
