They were purchasing a new build property from a national developer. The Cambridgeshire property is a 4 bedroom detached house, with 2 reception rooms, kitchen/dining room, utility room, separate WC and 2 bathrooms, garden and single garage.
The Challenge:
The client wished to have their new build property checked for any snags, having been concerned about the standard of new build properties. Having been saving for their long-term family home, they did not want to be purchasing a problem property with a number of defects to rectify.
