It's only bricks and mortar, right?

Your home is likely the most expensive thing you’re ever going to buy. When you’re already spending a lot of money on buying a house or flat, a home survey can feel like an unnecessary expense. But should you take the risk by not having one?

Avoid unexpected repairs costs by booking an RICS Home Survey.

What our customers say...

Quick appointment arranged for a survey. Great communication throughout the whole process and a quick report released. We would definitely recommend
The process was straightforward, the service I received was courteous and helpful, and the survey was prompt. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend them
Highly recommended. Watsons provided a very fast, efficient, and competitively priced service. Responded immediately to issues quickly and very well. I cannot fault them.

The best way to spot any unforeseen problems.

An RICS Home Survey will highlight any structural issues or defects. It is understood by both parties that any offer made prior to the results of a survey may be subject to change, in light of any costly issues that need rectifying. Once you have exchanged contracts your offer to buy is legally binding, so it is always important to undertake your home survey before the exchange takes place.
