Looking to sell or let your property?

If during lockdown, you’re looking to get the ball rolling to sell or let your property, we now offer a secure virtual valuation service.

Our new iValuate service allows us to prepare and deliver a detailed and accurate valuation for you by collating all of the detailed information about your property, including recent works, with the addition of photographs and short videos taken by yourself.

As customers continue to seek more convenience in their daily lives, this new service is a fantastic addition to our digital offering moving forward.

How to sign up

  • We recommend that you complete the iValuate form in Google Chrome.
  • Please complete our online form about your property – property type, year built, condition, number of bedrooms, reception rooms, bathrooms, recent works carried out etc.
  • Upload some decent photographs and/or short videos of your property. Take these prior to completing the questionnaire, and have them ready to upload.
  • At the end of the process, choose a preferred date and time for your iValuation meeting
 – you are given three time slots.
  • Once your form is submitted, Watsons will confirm the date and time chosen for your Remote Valuation.
  • You will also need to confirm with our agent what communication software you wish to carry out the remote valuation on e.g. Zoom, WhatApp, FaceTime etc.
