Watsons arrange for the buildings’ fabric to be regularly inspected, maintained and redecorated to the required standards in accordance with the lease.
Cyclical maintenance must be implemented at the required times to meet current regulations which requires specialist property and facilities management. Assessment of any necessary work or repairs may require inspection and professional expertise. Monitoring and approving the finished job may demand a qualified surveyor, as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors we have expertise to deliver quality, cost effective building solutions.
Whilst Watsons have a professional building services team, our role is to support project management and work with contractors and local tradespeople. Watsons have a network of approved contractors who can provide comparison quotations to offer you a more cost effective service and more importantly have proven ability to provide quality works that will stand the test of time and enhance the look of your building. We do not always advise you to choose the most cost effective supplier, it’s about deciding which company will do the best job for you.
